Thanks for your visit! 
As agile coach i work with teams and individuals, who want to develop their skillset to manage complex business projects and other challenges using collective intelligence.
At selected times in Winter season i coach private customers / groups in my cross country skiing school in Seefeld. It´s nice to have sports as a part of work.

Why? It´s very fulfilling to train / coach people, who set themselfes a target, achievable but out of comfort zone. Develop, sometimes fail, gather feedback, learn, and succeed. Besides this, i am a fan of teamwork.

My preference for team work started when i was young. Somehow after some years with huge efforts, ups and downs i ended up on a worldcup podium and as participant at several world rowing championships. Even if i was powering one side alone and my partner the other side, there were some aspects that made my output clearly stronger in a team than in single competition. Even if i do like single competition as well.

Afterwarts i moved my focus towards finishing studies of business economics / technical chemistry, and started to work.
In 20 working years i gathered experience from product development via process management to product and innovation management, with over 10 years in leadership roles, first in Tyrolit / abrasives, then Swarovski / jewelry, finally as starting freelance coach.

Also there, i think a clearly enough and openly discussed strategy, structured self organisation and good communication within team and with peers lead to best team motivation and strongest results. Focus, commitment, courage, openness and respect are key, and give teams the best resilience in challenging situations.  

No work without further education... A set of leadership and innovation trainings in Austria and Swizerland, agile coach training with ISO-certification, and scrum master certifications helped me to broaden skills. On the sports side, i took courses and exams as xc skiing instructor at Snowsport Austria, then got a licence for a school and train the trainer assigments. 

My family and i live in Rum / Innsbruck in Tirol.
